Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer error

However, we do accept returns or issue replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
